Rocking Rollover Leagues are open to individuals who have reached legal age. Void where prohibited by law.

By participating Owners in The Rocking Rollover League therein agree to act and behave in good faith and sportsmanship. Obscene and offensive language in any League communication is forbidden and may result in that Owner's removal or expulsion from The League.

By entering and participating in The Rocking Rollover Leagues all participants agree to abide by the Official Rules, procedures and policies of The Rocking Rollover Leagues and Terminator Communications, LLC, and by decisions and rulings made by their appointed Commissioner which shall be considered final on all matter and situations relating to the Leagues. The Rocking Rollover Leagues reserve the right to change official rules at any time in its sole discretion.

By entering and participating in the contests, participants agree to hold harmless Rocking Rollover Leagues, Terminator Communications, LLC, its sponsors, affiliates, associates and advertisers from any liability whatsover for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connections with the Leagues or acceptance, possession or use of any prize.

The Rocking Rollover Leagues do not offer refunds unless: an Owner has purchased a team in a League which the management of Rocking Rollover Leagues subsequently declares not viable, in which case that Owner will be given the chance to purchase a team in another League or be entitled to a full refund at his own election; an Owner requests a refund prior to August 1st of each year providing that Owner has not traded any Players or Draft Picks on his team. In other words Owners cannot renew their Team in the Rollover Format, trade players or Draft Picks, then request and receive a refund. Owners requesting refunds must give Rocking Rollover Leagues and other Owners in that League sufficient chance to recruit a suitable replacement to fill their slot. In no other circumstances can Owners who have purchased a team receive a refund. Specifically, Owners and participants that do not follow rules, policies and procedures who have been removed or expelled from a Rocking Rollover League void all claim and rights to monies paid.

Rocking Rollover Leagues are not responsible for any missing, late, lost, garbled, misdirect, incomplete or damaged communications, any contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Rocking Rollover Leagues or Terminator Communications, LLC, any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Leagues.

The Rocking Rollover Leagues are an exercise of skill specifically running through electronic medium. Internet access is required. By participating all parties therefore stipulate and agree to be bound by factors and considerations inherent n this process. The online computer system contracted by The Rocking Rollover Leagues will be our game’s official timekeeper and scorekeeper. All Line-ups, Waiver Requests, Trades and other relevant League communications must be submitted electronically through the computer system. It is the stated and specific responsibility of each Owner to make sure all Line-ups, Waiver Requests, Trades and other relevant League communications are submitted properly through this system. The Rocking Rollover Leagues will be held harmless of any and all liability resulting from problems or disputes arising from quirks, foibles and limitations of the electronic medium. It is each Owner's stated and specific responsibility to make sure The League has proper contact information and functioning e-mail address. The Rocking Rollover Leagues cannot and do not guarantee the delivery of any electronic communication. Any Owner who attempts to sabotage, tamper with and/or manipulate said computer and electronic system will be removed from The League immediately. The Rocking Rollover Leagues and Terminator Communications, LLC reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent of the law.

Rocking Rollover Leagues are a game of skill, subject to all laws of the United States and to the official rules and cannot be used in connection with any form of gambling.

Resident of certain states (Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Florida, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana, New Jersey, Tennessee, Vermont) are not permitted to participate in certain games of skill nor win any prizes.
