Should any Owners from last year wimp out, not renew for 2010, their team will be deemed an Orphan. You will have then the "Right of First Refusal" to purchase this Team. You will be notified via e-mail. You will have 12 Hours to respond in the affirmative, from the time stamp on the e-mail sent from The Rocking Rollover Leagues, before this Orphan is offered for sale to the general public.
Orders for "Right of First Refusal" shall be administered in the order in which they are received. Should several hopeful Owners purchase the "Right of First Refusal" the first to Sign-up shall have first crack at any Orphans. Should he not purchase the team, either by responding to the negative or by allowing the 12-Hour Time Limit to expire, the "Right of First Refusal" shall pass to the next hopeful Owner in Line.
A hopeful Owner with "Right of First Refusal" will maintain his position on the Waiting List until he purchases a Team. A hopeful Owner who is Number One on the Waiting List may pass on an Orphan Team, still be Number One on the list should another Orphan become available.
Hopeful Owners may not purchase more than one "Right of First Refusal." No hopeful Owner may occupy more than one position on the Waiting List.
We shouldn't have to say this, but it is the hopeful Owner's sole responsibility to make sure we have a valid e-mail address.
You may request a Refund at any time. And you will get it.
Should no hopeful Owner on the Waiting List for "Right of First Refusal" purchase the Orphan, it will then be offered for sale to the general public
As with all our Teams the cost to Purchase shall be $100 (American) if paid through PayPal, $95 (American) is paid by check or Money Order. In this case, receipt of payment shall determine the official Sign-up date.
